[squid-users] How do I enable squid to allow upload of documents using a browser

Dear list,

How do I enable squid to allow me to upload documents
from a PC to a ftp server (relevant accounts have been created
on the ftp server)

Using Netscape browser, the "Upload" option is greyed out.
  Downloading documents are working fine.

Using IE5, etc, you are told the proxy server does not allow
  you to upload documents, downloading is okay.
