[squid-users] Squid Error

I am running squid 2.5 Stable on Redhat Linux 2.1 kernel 2.4

i have restarted squid and some of clients are making request at that time
and they are getting ERR_ACCESS_DENIED message from squid even if my
squid.conf has policy to allow them
my cache.log says that

after some time surfing is going OK....
