[squid-users] Restrict users

hi all , ihave one problem may be you could help

Would like to know if we can restrict the login count of the user account
(which
is created in the mail server) to "1" (numeric '1') while trying to access
the
net at any given point of time,

i.e., if user 'A' is given internet access and he/she is browsing from PC
terminal, say 'X', then at that given point of time, the same user 'A'
should
not be able to login from any other PC terminal, unless he/she logs out or
closes the internet browser on terminal 'X'. In short, SAME user login (or
proxy
login) CANNOT be used from different PC terminals SIMULTANEOUSLY.
