Hi,
We have just setup squid on a redhat linux environment. I have gone through
most of the useful tutorials on the web, and we have done a simple
installation. The tests from squidclient are all successful. The tests from
the web browser on the linux server are also successful, however tests from
other clients don;t work. Basically, the browser just gives a standard DNS
error. It does not even register itself in the squid access.log file. The
proxy hostname is accessible and does resolves itself correctly on the
clients.
Any help will be appreciated.
