3530 indicates the size of the reply, including HTTP headers.

The only limit Squid puts on POST requests is that the posted content
may not be larger than request_max_body_size. In Squid-2.4 this limit
was by default set to 1MB (which is a lot unless you are doing file
upload), while in Squid-2.5 the default is unlimited to allow for file
uploads unless restricted by the cache administrator.
