It is unclear exactly what this option changes in IE.
If IE behaves according to the HTTP/1.1 specifications then the setting
of this parameter should not actually matter when using a Squid proxy,
but I have seen reports both ways.. (some claiming it has to be off,
some claiming it has to be on..)
