[squid-users] Unable to Access Two Sites

We run a small office network behind Smoothwall "bullet". The
Smoothwall box functions as a Gateway and uses squid as a cache/proxy in
transparent mode. The system works very well but it has recently come
to our attention that our client machines cannot access two particular
sites, www.leap.com.au and www.ezisearch.com.au. The browsers simply
time out with no response. Disabling the proxy restores access to the
sites concerned.

I have come across references to similar problems whilst researching the
matter (including an unanswered post from a South American ISP) but have
not come across a solution.

Any suggestions are most welcome.
