I do understand what you are saying.
I will need your help to redirect the panic message to a file.
I cannot see any errors in my cache.log or /var/log/messages.

We are getting somewhat off topic , so I do simple reply here :-)
The panic message could be different, it's easy to say for your
branch office, Oh perhaps we have seen something similar too.
No baching intended, only the kernel is something very complex and
many factors can be involved.
Try to verify the panic they get in full-inspection-terms
with the panic you get.
Is it the same sort of panic message that the kernel reports,etc.
These issues must certainly be looked at.
