To use authentication in delay_access you MUST first enforce it in
http_access.

delay_access cannot ask the user to authenticate, only http_access can.

and for this at all to work you need to use a quite recent 2.5 snapshot.
See bug 448 for details.

If you find problems with the current 2.5 snapshots please comment to
bug 448.
