Is this for a normal proxy setup where the client is configured to use
Squid as a proxy, or a reverse proxy / surrogate server setup where
Squid is to act as if it was the web server?

For example we have a mapping when the client try to reach http://10.10.1.1 trough the proxy. The proxy will map this address to http://64.124.140.1 instead and use that. An another example is when the client try to reach http://64.124.140.2 and the proxy will map this to http://64.124.140.2:8080 or the client try to connect://10.10.1.2:443 the proxy will map this to connect://64.124.140.3:443. I hope this will help.
