Re: [squid-users] cache hierarchy

The ICP port number does not matter when using no-query. I usually use 0
to make it more obvious to the administrator that ICP is not used to
this peer.

If there is TIMEOUT then you have some peer which is using ICP. The
non-ICP peers are only considered after your ICP peers.
