"Connection reset by peer" is seen when the other end of the connection
aborts the request while Squid is transmitting data.
In most cases these are just part of normal operations and nothing to
worry about.
However, in some cases where it can be reliably reproduced while at the
same time seeing a problem at the client they may indicate a problem and
is why the event is logged by Squid.
