Or to be more precise:
http_access is a ordered list of rules where the first matching line
tells if the request is allowed or denied.
In your configuration the "http_access allow mynet" line cannot be
reached as you have already denied everyone access in the "http_access
deny all" line before this.
http_acccess allow mynet
http_access deny all
would work better.
