[squid-users] problem with group_ldap_auth

Hi,
I am using latest Squid/2.4.STABLE7-ldap_auth-1.4 version.
I can authenticate users from my Active Directory test environment but there is
a
strange problem.
After users see the password dialog they enter their username / password but
browser
shows DNS error. After clicking refresh the page is displayed properly (if
username and password is correct)
do you have any idea? here is my test conf and log:
