Really high CPU utilization is now gone.

When comparing to diskd, the loadavg and cpu-utilization is still
higher, but in reasonable scale. Loadavg is about 1.00 - 3.00 (it was
0.50 - 1.00) and Squid uses about 70% of cpu (threads counted in) which
is almost the same it did with diskd.

I was able to download 33MBs from cache in 1.63MB/s while Squid was
getting ~70 hits / min, which is quite fine for me. When retrieving
pages from cache it seemed to perform better than with diskd, at least
"blocking" didn't seem to bother it anymore like it did with diskd.
