           It`ll not work properly without port specification on
location. =( Why?

           It`s because HTTP means Hyper Text Tranfer Protocol, and this
is defined by an RFC (rfc2616) and the default is port 80, but not 8080.
There`s some methods to change this to your schema, but it`s not a good
ideia, almost sure you`ll have problems if you do that.

           So, explained in a few words. If the port is empty or not
given, port 80 is assumed.
