This is not something that squid should do.
I suppose you could allow port 5050 and your
external ip into acl, and allow it; and add a static
route to the box behind your firewall; say 192.168.1.1

also, put and entry in /etc/hosts for 192.168.1.1
and make sure you check hosts before resolv.

You'll then need to configure your browser to
use your squid box as a proxy server; and goto
192.168.1.1 - I'm not saying its gonna work.
But it might. I have never tried this.

Also, make sure you have not set a tcp_outgoing
address, just leave it blank

As I have said; there are other solutions. Look
into doing a firewall redirect (rdr with ipnat)
to expose the internal port to the internet.

But hey; if your set on squid - give it a try.
