[squid-users] Shuting down squid after processing # no request.

Hi,

I am running squid 2.4.stable 4 on RedHat 7.1. I got

Shutting down squid after processing # no. request.
Waiting for 30 second to close active connection..

What does it mean and why does it happen ?

Any suggestion or hint appriciated...
