[squid-users] authentication problem

Hello All,

I am using Squid-2.4 STABLE6 proxy server authenticating user using Ldap.

If a user reboot his windows machine he was not able to use his username and
passwd.

I just configured authenticate_program, other authentication parameters are
default.

Can anybody tell me whereis the problem resides.
