[squid-users] Slow repsonse on some site

Hi,
I know this problem was threaded before, but I'm still having some problem with
my squid (2.4 stable7 on Solaris 8, Entreprise 250 512Mb ram 400Mb cache), for
some site It take a long time to have the answer and suddenly the whole page is
displayed in one, I try to change the client_persistent_connections to off and
server_persistent_connections to off but no luck.
I'm using SMB authentication, and here is a log of a site who give me problem:

The last colon is the smartfilter web filtering status.

106 second to retrieve the page or to cache it or to send it to the user ?

How can I find where is the real problem ?
