[squid-users] Download files

Is there a way to deny download files bigger than 20 MB from 09:00 to 17:00
to my users.
Permiting free download after 17.00
I use squid2.4 stable 6

Somehow changing reply_body_max_size after 17:00 from 20000 KB to 0
