Looking correct, if you are absolutely sure the old Squid was really stopped
before you deleted and recreated the cache directory..
but to be sure the above is correct, verify that you haven't configured squid
to save swap.state outside of the cache directory. Verify that you have a
swap.state file in the cache directory, or that you do not have a
cache_swap_log directive in your squid.conf..
Note: A few of the message quoted may be expected when your server is under
heavy load, but not a lot of them..
