[squid-users] http_access question

i have added for my users the access to the sites where he can go with
"http_access allow www.microsoft.com" for example.
its possible to tell squid to allow access to a internetsite that have
only a ip-adress? if i make this with http_access i don't have access to
the adress (for example http_access allow 207.46.197.113).
is there a possibility to give the users access to a ip-adress?
