To Squid it will look as if all request came from the ANTIVIRUS proxy.

Indeed a problem, and is why some people run a setup like the following to
get
good access controls and logging combined with virus scanning and caching.

Clients -> Squid without cache -> Antivirus -> Squid cache -> Internet
