[squid-users] Authentication problem

Dear members....

I want to setup my squid that authenicat with user's browsers....i make a file and put usernames and passwords in it....in authentication_program tag i set the path of this file and use the proxy_auth n my acls,but when squid starts,it give a warning in cache.log like this...

cannot open /etc/squidusers...permission denied.......

please help me
