You will need an antivirus software capable of acting as a HTTP proxy. This
is then placed either after or infront of Squid.
Placing the antivirus proxy between your users and Squid is recommended, so
yuo can update the virus definition without risking that viruses have already
been cached by Squid. For instructions on how to do this, see the manual to
your selected antivirus software on how to make it use a proxy.
If placing the antivirus software "after" squid (between Squid and the
Internet) then see the Squid documentation on how to make Squid forward all
requests to another proxy.
