 I find these 'cbdata' lines strange, do not know what they mean;
 perhaps you turned on debugging (?)

 Not very familiar with Suse, note that SQUID memory usage,is
 more determined by the size of the disk cache.
 There are other paramters too, see the FAQ for more info.

 Can not be more helpfull at the time being,does SQUID restart each time
?
 If so,check the startup trace in cache.log, make sure there are no
errors
 during startup.
