Not that I can remember.. but then I tend to forget what I have done
after a while when satisfied with it so maybe I did?
I am out of ideas except for the usual ones
a) Clear your browser cache to make sure you are not fooled by 304
replies..
b) Make sure the clock is set correctly on your cache server
c) Check your cache.log for errors
d) Make sure the content you are trying to cache is actually
cacheable.. See the caceability check engine (linked from
www.squid-cache.org)
etc..

Henrik
