Looks like a bug of some kind. Either in Squid, the compiler or in your
OS.
Try recompiling your Squid with optimization disabled.
env CFLAGS="-g" ./configure ...
make clean
make install
Then restart Squid.
If this does not help, then you will need to do some debugging to
isolate the cause..
And no, I have never seen this problem before.
