Delay pools aren't in use. I just compiled them out to be safe and I'm
still stuck.
If I no_cache the offending files in squid.conf, they don't stall, but
they are very slow.
A disturbing number of these downloads are "FlashGet" and "DA" type apps
that open absurd numbers (as many as 32) simultaneous byterange
requests. I am thinking this has something to do with all those Range:
requests interacting badly with the cache.
I would love a way to discard more than, say, 4 simultaneous requests
from the same IP.
