[squid-users] Spawning a child application from Squid

Hi,
    I am unable to execute a seperate application in the
child process which is spawned from the Squid process.
But am able to execute the "client" program of Squid
in the spawned child process.
    Can someone let me know what can be wrong? Or
give me guidelines to invoke a third party application
from Squid.

    I am using "squid-2.4.STABLE1" on Linux 7.1.
