From the log the log is looks like everything went OK except that the
password or users registered DN in the group wasn't correct...
Note: The group LDAP auth patch to Squid that you seem to be using
does things slightly different than normal Squid, and it would be
helpful if you indicated more clearly that you are using a patched
version of Squid.
