[squid-users] CPU usage

Hi squid hackers and administrators. I have a simple question. Is this
normal that squid uses up to 60% of CPU time? (Squid2.4Stable1 on
FreeBSD4.3Stable, this server is used also as RADIUS server, DNS server,
Web server, Socks server that's why I ask about CPU usage...)

And one more... Where can I find information about debug output?
