then what could possibly be the problem with my installation
i get the foll errors in cache.log
WARNING: Cannot run '/usr/local/stable-heap/bin/dir.pl' pro
cess.'
what could the problem possibly be
/usr/local/stable-heap is the root of my squid installation being owned by
nobody ( the squid user)
dir.pl resides in the bin directory ..
it is chmod 755
the same has happened when i used squirm as well
this is squid2.4 S3
