Hello dhana,
This used to make authenticate_ip_ttl bit strict.
For example if you set authenticate_ip_ttl for 60 sec then in this 60 sec if
request from same user name receive during this time
it will deny this user to access and it will not ask another user for
reauthentication upto this ttl value.
If you set authenticate_ip_ttl_strict off then then both users are required
to reauthenticate.
