Oh yeah, and the 'failed creating swap' issue might be caused by your
cache directory not having enough space to either copy the current swap
to a new name or create the initial swap file. I've noticed that if my
'swap.state' file is 50megs that Squid will need an additional 50 megs
to rebuild this old 'swap.state' file into a new file, and then wipe out
the old one.
