OK, I have already seen this problem: It's a UNIX/DOS text mode
compatibility issue:
You have source files in DOS format (CR+LF), cf_gen on cygwin doesn't like
this.
Probabilly You have downloaded a .tar.gz source and unzipped it with Winzip
using Windows.
If You use gunzip and tar from Cygwin shell, all works fine.
