[squid-users] Single users only

Dear Friends,
I am running Squid 2.3Stable4 on RHL Linux 7.1 and PAM
authentication, Through that all the users of my large organisation
can access Internet.
My problem is that some of the users are sharing their user name
and password with their friends (whom organisation not allowed to
surf internet) and they are surfing simultaniously.

Is there any option through which we can restrict two users using
same username and password.
