It won't be in 2.5. In fact what you ask hasn't even been written yet.
It might be in Squid-2.6 if someone writes a patch implementing the feature
an sends this to the Squid developers. Or there might be something different
but similar in 2.6.. There is some work on a generic include mechanism
scheduled to be included in Squid-2.6, not exacly what you are asking but can
maybe be used for the same purpose.
