[squid-users] which sections should I debug - when squid doesn't cache an object?

my problem is that some objects (html/text) it always serves from the
PARENT.. even though the refresh_pattern says it should last 5 min. and it
has override-reload and others enabled..

I've tried section 3..

got any tips.. or should I just try 1 section at a time?
