Not easily. The authentication is part of HTTP and has no userinterface at
all. The dialog box is generated and controlled by the browser when the proxy
requests a login.
I remember seeing that in some newer versions of some browsers it is possible
to control HTTP authentication from HTML/JavaScript, theoretically allowing
one to make the login dialog look "different". I don't know the exact
details, or even where I saw this.
