At this time I don't know if this is NT port issue or a general problem of
Squid 2.3 STABLE 5.
So, if there is anyone using this Squid version on *nix with problems like
this, can please notify it ?

At this time the SquidNT source tree is at the latest 2.3 STABLE 5 level
plus some 2.5 & 2.4 backported patches.
