I am trying to configure Squid to work in a
school internal lan environment. I get the following message:
X-Squid-Error: ERR_ACCESS_DENIED 0
X-Cache: MISS from www-cmsy256cache.howardcc.edu
I do not know of any www-cmsy256cache.howardcc.edu
server and cant ping it and Its not me.
When I don't try to go through my squid server as a gateway, I can
retrieve any named URL.
So I think maybe one on the schools servers
has a squid (?www-cmsy256cache.howardcc.edu) that may be blocking my
squid. What is happening here?
Can anybody explain to me?
