If you want to know how the Squid binary you installed was configured then
you need to see the source RPM. This information is not available in the
binary RPM (at least not until Squid-2.5 is released).
The Squid logs and configuration files are placed where RedHat has decided to
place them. Usually /etc/ somewhere and /var/log/ somewhere..
