Or as in case among the current Squid developers, have plenty of ideas
but too little time to spend on Squid as these tasks is limited to their
own private spare time. Squid can be made to perform, but it will take
some man months to complete the task, and some man months spread out on
sparetime and combined with all other Squid tasks needing attention is a
long time (years).
