[squid-users] SSL Accel w/ v2.5

I have installed Squid v2.5 dev in order to use its' SSL capabilities in
"Acclerator" mode (reverse proxy).
 
Does anyone have a sample of the conf changes needed for this to work ?
 
I have no problem terminating the SSL at the Squid versus passing it
through to the back-end server if it is more stable setup.
 
However, a tip or 2 about installing the Certificate and/or Key on the
Squid system would be great.
 
Here is a rough diagram:
 
[Internet Client] ---- ssl ------[Squid Accel] ------ ssl -----------
[Web Server]
 
OR
 
[Internet Client] ---- ssl ------[Squid Accel] ------ http -----------
[Web Server]
