Hai,
I have squid running on a firewall(smoothwall). All request are send to external,
or for one IP adress to my own server.
When I try to connect from internal network to the server (is in a
DMZ), I don't get a response; looking in the logfiles I get:
squid access.log:
192.168.0.xxx - - [07/Nov/2001:12:30:54 +0100] "GET
http://192.168.1.2/cgi-bin/kalender/kalender.cgi HTTP/1.1" 200 634
TCP_MISS:DIRECT
Apache access.log:
192.168.1.1 - - [07/Nov/2001:11:35:50 +0100] "GET /cgi-bin/kalender/kalender.cgi?
commando=4&peildag=1005129338 HTTP/1.0" 200 448 mail.jiffie.nl "-"
"Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98)" "-"
when I connect from the outside (i.e. byapssing squid), i do get the
correct page, and the apache logfile says:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [07/Nov/2001:12:58:59 +0100] "GET /cgi-bin/kalender/kalender.cgi
HTTP/1.1" 200 467 mail.jiffie.nl "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98)" "-"
The only difference I see, is the HTTP protocol; using squid it says
HTTP/1.0, otherwise HTTP/1.1
Is there something in the squid configuration files to make this work,
i.e. squid also asking for HTTP/1.1?
Any help appreciated, more info available if needed.
