Not yet.
The upcoming Squid-2.5 release can do https->http "acceleration", where
the client requests are received SSL encrypted, and forwarded as plain
HTTP requests to the origin server:
backend ----(http)--- Squid ----(https)--- client
What is missing for allowing the reverse (or https in both arrows) is
mostly the time to finish the implementation of a SSL client in Squid.
