Is there a way to limit the number of simultaneous connections to a single
host?
What I want is to avoid users from opening several http/ftp sessions to the
same host and downloading various portions of a file (using software such as
"download accelerator") and eat up the whole bandwidth.
Or is there a neater way of doing this?
Thanks in advance.

Anuradha
