Take a look at your config file in the ACL section
There is something defined as "safeports"
Later on in the HTTP_ACCESS section there the Http_acces is allowed
for safe ports and closed for the rest I think. Maybe you have to add
the one you need "2080" to the safe ports or you remove the limitation
on the safe ports.
